The second Bioglyphs collaborative exhibition was created at Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York, December 6-10, 2002.

The filled arch was approximately 9 feet high by 5 feet wide. An identical arch on the adjacent wall was outlined with bioluminescent plates, but otherwise left dark.
